Easy Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 240ml milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • chia seeds
  • cinnamon

Toppings

  • organic cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • frozen berries
  • cinnamon
  • 1 square 85% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats with milk.

  2. Add mashed banana while cooking for natural sweetness.

  3. Incorporate a little chia seeds for omega-3 and protein.

  4. Stir through a little sprinkle of cinnamon.

  5. Add toppings including organic cacao nibs, cashew butter, frozen berries, cinnamon, and a square of 85% dark chocolate.
