Healthy Butter Beer Smoothie for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Top up to 500ml with milk of choice or live yogurt

Preparation
