Fully Loaded Courgette Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • oats
  • chia seeds
  • mixed nuts and seeds
  • courgette
  • cinnamon
  • mashed banana
  • blueberries
  • coyo UK yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well

  2. Refrigerate overnight

  3. In the morning, stir and serve, optionally with peanut butter
