Maple Chia Seed Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. In a small pan, mix oats with chia seeds and add 1 cup of hot water. Leave for 10 minutes to soak.

  2. After that time, add oat milk, maple syrup and salt, bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.

  3. Serve warm.
