Maple Chia Seed Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of himalayan salt
Preparation
In a small pan, mix oats with chia seeds and add 1 cup of hot water. Leave for 10 minutes to soak.
After that time, add oat milk, maple syrup and salt, bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Serve warm.
