Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 t agave⁣
  • 2 t coconut oil, melted⁣
  • 2 t almond butter⁣
  • 3 t coconut milk⁣
  • 1/2 t vanilla⁣
  • 2/3 cup almond flour ⁣
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein, ~1/4 cup⁣
  • 1/3 cup oat flour⁣
  • 2 t cacao nibs, or chocolate chips ⁣

Preparation

  1. Whisk together agave, almond butter, coconut milk, and vanilla

  2. Add in the dry ingredients, fold half way and add in coconut oil (so that it doesn’t clump together with the cold wet ingredients)

  3. Combine until a smooth dough and add cacao nibs

  4. Roll into ~2 t sized balls top with sea salt (optional) cool and store in the fridge
