Vegan Gluten-Free No-Bake Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cooked chickpeas (400 g)
  • 8 pitted soft dates
  • 6 tbsp oat flour (gluten free if you want)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • 4 tbsp dark vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Drain the chickpeas.

  2. Blend chickpeas, dates, oat flour, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.

  3. Stir in 3 tbsp of chocolate chips with a spoon.

  4. Form into 15 balls, adding the last tablespoon of chocolate chips to the outsides to make them extra pretty.

  5. Eat!
