Vegan Gluten-Free No-Bake Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas (400 g)
- 8 pitted soft dates
- 6 tbsp oat flour (gluten free if you want)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- 4 tbsp dark vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Drain the chickpeas.
Blend chickpeas, dates, oat flour, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in 3 tbsp of chocolate chips with a spoon.
Form into 15 balls, adding the last tablespoon of chocolate chips to the outsides to make them extra pretty.
Eat!
