Dark Chocolate and Salted Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • A pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Peanut butter layer

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup

Chocolate layer

  • 80g 80% dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the dates, oats, coconut oil and vanilla powder and put in a form.

  2. Mix together the agave syrup and peanut butter and spread over the first layer.

  3. Melt the chocolate and add the coconut oil and agave syrup, then spread over the peanut butter layer.

  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
