Easy Vegan Chocolate Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • 90g sugar
  • 85g margarine
  • 70g tahini
  • 50g vegan yogurt
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 3g baking soda
  • 4g baking powder
  • 2g salt
  • 200g chopped dark chocolate
  • 10g sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. With an electric mixer, beat 90g sugar, 85g margarine, and 70g tahini until white.

  3. Add 50g vegan yogurt and continue beating until creamy.

  4. Add 120g all-purpose flour, 3g baking soda, 4g baking powder, and 2g salt. Mix with a fork.

  5. Add 200g chopped dark chocolate and 10g sesame seeds.

  6. On parchment paper, form balls with an ice cream scoop, about 6 per baking sheet.

  7. Chill for 15 minutes or skip this step.

  8. Bake in the oven for 13 to 17 minutes depending on cookie size.

  9. Carefully transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy once cooled.
