Easy Vegan Chocolate Tahini Cookies
Ingredients
- 90g sugar
- 85g margarine
- 70g tahini
- 50g vegan yogurt
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking soda
- 4g baking powder
- 2g salt
- 200g chopped dark chocolate
- 10g sesame seeds
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
With an electric mixer, beat 90g sugar, 85g margarine, and 70g tahini until white.
Add 50g vegan yogurt and continue beating until creamy.
Add 120g all-purpose flour, 3g baking soda, 4g baking powder, and 2g salt. Mix with a fork.
Add 200g chopped dark chocolate and 10g sesame seeds.
On parchment paper, form balls with an ice cream scoop, about 6 per baking sheet.
Chill for 15 minutes or skip this step.
Bake in the oven for 13 to 17 minutes depending on cookie size.
Carefully transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy once cooled.
