Easy Vegan Jam Biscuits Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of vegan butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon nativa icing sugar
  • Organic jam

Preparation

  1. Cream the butter, vanilla essence and maple syrup for 5 minutes.

  2. Once creamed add the flour and combine.

  3. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

  4. Shape the cookies round and flatten them.

  5. Make an indent in the middle and place the jam.

  6. Place the cookies on a tray with parchment paper and bake at 180 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Allow biscuits to cool then dust with icing sugar.

Tips

  1. Use a Nutri bullet to make the sugar icing sugar if needed.

  2. Keep biscuits in an air tight container.
