Easy Vegan Jam Biscuits Dessert
Ingredients
- 200 grams of vegan butter at room temperature
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 tablespoon nativa icing sugar
- Organic jam
Preparation
Cream the butter, vanilla essence and maple syrup for 5 minutes.
Once creamed add the flour and combine.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Shape the cookies round and flatten them.
Make an indent in the middle and place the jam.
Place the cookies on a tray with parchment paper and bake at 180 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow biscuits to cool then dust with icing sugar.
Tips
Use a Nutri bullet to make the sugar icing sugar if needed.
Keep biscuits in an air tight container.
