Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 115 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 170 grams gluten-free mocaf flour
- 25 grams almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Sift the gluten-free mocaf flour, almond flour, and baking soda. Add salt and set aside.
Melt the butter and set aside.
Mix the milk, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, stir until smooth. Add the melted butter and stir until combined.
Add one-quarter of the sifted flour mixture and stir with a spatula until combined. Repeat until all flour is incorporated.
Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Prepare a baking sheet and grease it with butter.
Take one tablespoon of dough, shape into balls, and place on the baking sheet with ample spacing as the cookies will spread.
Bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes or until the cookies spread and turn golden yellow.
Remove from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Tips
Chocolate chips can be substituted with nuts if desired.
