High Protein Low Carb Waffles for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 100ml @barebells.uk choc Shake
  • 2 tbsp @twochicksproducts egg whites
  • half a scoop of whey (I used @awesomesupps chocolate whey)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place the mixture in a waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Top with figs, @sweetfreedomuk choc shot, and @picspeanutbutter.
