High Protein Low Carb Waffles for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 100ml @barebells.uk choc Shake
- 2 tbsp @twochicksproducts egg whites
- half a scoop of whey (I used @awesomesupps chocolate whey)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Place the mixture in a waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.
Top with figs, @sweetfreedomuk choc shot, and @picspeanutbutter.
