Ingredients

  • 70g @twochicksproducts egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 15g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 scoop of @missfitsnutrition vanilla protein powder
  • 25ml almond milk @alpro
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients

  2. Fry in coconut oil
