Vegan Buckwheat Crepes with Berries and Syrup

Ingredients

  • 30g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 scoop of @nuzest_europe vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 150ml almond milk @alpro

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Fry in three batches in coconut oil.

  3. Serve with @nushfoods yoghurt and topped with berries and @sweetfreedomuk light syrup shot.
