Incredible Homemade Vegan Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- salted caramel flavoring
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Blend the oats in a blender to make it a flour.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients to the flour in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients, making sure the oil is melted.
Let the flaxseed sit in the wet ingredients mixture for 5 minutes.
Transfer the wet ingredients into the dry and start mixing until a thick dough texture is achieved; add extra almond milk if needed.
Shape the dough into cookies of the desired size.
Put in the oven for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
