Vegan Double Choc Biscoff Cookies
Ingredients
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter
- 150g @lotusbiscoffuk spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 200g plain flour
- 100g chocolate chips
Preparation
Cream together the butter, sugar, biscoff spread and vanilla extract. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
Roll into balls and add to a baking sheet, flatten down slightly with the palm of your hand. Add additional toppings of your choosing.
Bake at 180c for 8-12 minutes depending on the size of your cookies and how well done you like them.
