Salted Toffee Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kraft natural peanut butter with sea salt
  • 1 cup Sukrin USA brown sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lorann Oils English toffee flavouring
  • 1/2 cup Lily's Sweets dark chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tablespoons Nutilight dark chocolate hazelnut spread

Preparation

  1. Beat egg, sweetener and peanut butter together

  2. Mix in vanilla and toffee flavouring

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Swirl in hazelnut spread

  5. Use cookie scoop or teaspoon to measure out 15 cookies onto parchment lined baking sheet

  6. Cross-hatch each cookie with a fork and top with Himalayan pink sea salt (optional)

  7. Bake at 325 for 18 minutes
