Cinnamon Bite-Sized Cookies
Ingredients
- 125 grams butter or margarine
- Slightly less than 1 tea glass powdered sugar
- Slightly less than 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2.5 water glasses flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
Coating
- 3 dessert spoons powdered sugar
- 1 dessert spoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, vegetable oil, and egg.
Add the ground cinnamon, flour, baking powder, and vanilla; mix to form a dough.
Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls.
Roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Notes
Use a tea glass of 100 ml and a water glass of 200 ml for measurements.
Cookies can be stored in the freezer for later use.
