Cinnamon Bite-Sized Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 grams butter or margarine
  • Slightly less than 1 tea glass powdered sugar
  • Slightly less than 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 water glasses flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla

Coating

  • 3 dessert spoons powdered sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, vegetable oil, and egg.

  2. Add the ground cinnamon, flour, baking powder, and vanilla; mix to form a dough.

  3. Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls.

  4. Roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Notes

  1. Use a tea glass of 100 ml and a water glass of 200 ml for measurements.

  2. Cookies can be stored in the freezer for later use.
