Syrup-Dipped Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 teacup powdered sugar
  • 1 teacup vegetable oil
  • 100 grams butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla
  • 2.5 cups flour

Syrup

  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2-3 drops lemon

Preparation

  1. First, boil the syrup and let it cool.

  2. Put butter, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, egg, and cocoa into a bowl and mix.

  3. Add baking powder, vanilla, and flour to form a soft dough.

  4. Shape the dough into walnut-sized pieces and place on a baking tray.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a controlled manner until done.

  6. After the cookies have cooled slightly, dip them in the cooled syrup for 4-5 seconds and set aside.

  7. Decorate as desired and serve.
