Syrup-Dipped Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 teacup powdered sugar
- 1 teacup vegetable oil
- 100 grams butter at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla
- 2.5 cups flour
Syrup
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups water
- 2-3 drops lemon
Preparation
First, boil the syrup and let it cool.
Put butter, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, egg, and cocoa into a bowl and mix.
Add baking powder, vanilla, and flour to form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into walnut-sized pieces and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a controlled manner until done.
After the cookies have cooled slightly, dip them in the cooled syrup for 4-5 seconds and set aside.
Decorate as desired and serve.
