Chocolate Cream Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 to 3.5 cups flour (add controlled)

Filling

  • Nutella or chocolate cream

Preparation

  1. Take the ingredients into a mixing bowl and knead well to obtain a soft dough.

  2. Rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

  3. Roll out the rested dough with a rolling pin, cut into rounds with a cookie cutter, and poke holes using a toothpick.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.

  5. After cooling, spread chocolate cream inside and sandwich two cookies together before serving.
