Chocolate Cream Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 250 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 to 3.5 cups flour (add controlled)
Filling
- Nutella or chocolate cream
Preparation
Take the ingredients into a mixing bowl and knead well to obtain a soft dough.
Rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Roll out the rested dough with a rolling pin, cut into rounds with a cookie cutter, and poke holes using a toothpick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
After cooling, spread chocolate cream inside and sandwich two cookies together before serving.
