Simple Nutritious Gluten-Free Banana Teff Cookies

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe burro bananas or 8-9 baby bananas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp agave or date syrup
  • 2 cups teff flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sliced Brazil nuts
  • Optional: some dried fruit

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas

  2. Mix all ingredients together until you get a doughy texture

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes
