Grain-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Once coconut oil or butter is lightly cooled, mix in mashed banana and vanilla

  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients

  4. Roll into balls, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, lightly press down, and bake for 12 minutes

  5. Let cool and enjoy
