Biscoff Filled Pumpkin Protein Bun

Ingredients

  • 60g plain flour
  • 30g myvegan soy isolate
  • 90g soy yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1 chocolate finger

Preparation

  1. Mix plain flour and myvegan soy isolate in a bowl.

  2. Add soy yogurt and baking powder to the mixture and combine until smooth.

  3. Form the dough into a bun shape.

  4. Make a small hollow in the center of the bun and fill it with Biscoff spread.

  5. Top the bun with a chocolate finger.

  6. Bake according to the instructions in the YouTube video.
