Biscoff Filled Pumpkin Protein Bun
Ingredients
- 60g plain flour
- 30g myvegan soy isolate
- 90g soy yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 chocolate finger
Preparation
Mix plain flour and myvegan soy isolate in a bowl.
Add soy yogurt and baking powder to the mixture and combine until smooth.
Form the dough into a bun shape.
Make a small hollow in the center of the bun and fill it with Biscoff spread.
Top the bun with a chocolate finger.
