Black Bean Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 100g cocoa powder
- 100g oats
- 100ml any dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp (30g) coconut oil
- 200g dates
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp soda
- 50g dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 50g chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Soak dates in hot water then blend into a paste
Rinse then mash black beans
Blend oats into a flour consistency ?put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until smooth ?oven cook on 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
