Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas 150 to 200 g
- 120 g oat flour*
- 40 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°c (356°f)
Using a fork, mash the bananas in a mixing bowl
Add the oat flour to the bowl and mix with the fork until the melange is uniform and comes together
Using a knife, chop the dark chocolate into big chocolate chips
Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix again
Put baking sheet on a baking tray
Use a tablespoon to divide the dough into 2 big balls and place them on the baking sheet
Using the spoon, flatten up the cookie balls
Bake for 20 minutes, and enjoy! (optional: add extra melted dark chocolate on top
