Coffee and Cookies

Ingredients

  • 120g plain flour
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 100g vegan spread
  • 50g oat flour
  • 75g butterscotch sauce
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Beat together butter sugar and sauce until well combined

  2. Add in dry ingredients and stir until a sticky cookie dough is formed

  3. Gently stir in the walnuts and scoop onto a baking sheet into cookie drops

  4. Cook for 12 minutes at 175C
