Coffee Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cold coffee
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free milk (we used almond)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust accordingly to your liking)
  • 2 scoops Banana Nicecream
  • Fresh figs

Preparation

  1. Add dairy-free milk to coffee and stir.

  2. Add 3 tbsp chia seeds and maple syrup to the coffee. Mix until well combined.

  3. Leave overnight in fridge to set.

  4. Start layering the pudding by adding Nicecream, coffee chia pudding, and figs. Enjoy!
