Cranberry Apple Baked Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free preferred)
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small apple diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition keto collagen
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  3. Spray a pan or skillet with nonstick spray

  4. Pour the mixture into the pan

  5. Bake for 40 minutes

  6. Top with plain kefir and cinnamon before serving
