Cranberry Apple Baked Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free preferred)
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small apple diced (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition keto collagen
- 1 egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Spray a pan or skillet with nonstick spray
Pour the mixture into the pan
Bake for 40 minutes
Top with plain kefir and cinnamon before serving
