Creamy Steel Cut Oat Bowl with Date Nectar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp date nectar
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • sautéed cinnamon apples
  • dairy-free almond yogurt
  • almond butter
  • hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 cup steel cut oats with 3 cups water and 1 cup nut milk on stovetop until the oats begin to thicken.

  2. Mix in 2 tbsp date nectar, 1 scoop collagen, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.

  3. Top with sautéed cinnamon apples, dairy-free almond yogurt, almond butter, and hemp hearts.

  4. Make a large batch and store in the fridge for the rest of the week for easy meals.
