Creamy Steel Cut Oat Bowl with Date Nectar
Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp date nectar
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- sautéed cinnamon apples
- dairy-free almond yogurt
- almond butter
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Cook 1 cup steel cut oats with 3 cups water and 1 cup nut milk on stovetop until the oats begin to thicken.
Mix in 2 tbsp date nectar, 1 scoop collagen, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Top with sautéed cinnamon apples, dairy-free almond yogurt, almond butter, and hemp hearts.
Make a large batch and store in the fridge for the rest of the week for easy meals.
