Easy Baked Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Toppings

  • Fruit and frosting for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Press the dough into the pan. It may be sticky, so use a greased piece of parchment paper or a greased rubber spatula to press it down into an even layer.

  4. Bake for 13 minutes and top with frosting and fruit.
