Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chickpea flour
  • 0.5 cups coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 of a chocolate bar, chopped

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  2. Add the flour and coconut oil.

  3. Mix and knead with a little water because it gets sticky.

  4. Separate into 12 balls and shape them.

  5. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes if you like them crunchy, or for 10 minutes to keep them moist in the center.
