Healthified Sweet Potato Brownie Cake
Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato, mashed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- Choco chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, almond butter, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
Fold in a generous amount of choco chips into the batter.
Grease a small ramekin or bowl and pour the batter into it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
