Flourless Brownies with Banana and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 g (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Mash 3 ripe bananas then add peanut butter and stir the mixture until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder, mix well, and transfer to the prepared brownie pan.
Bake in the oven for 22 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
