Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread
Ingredients
Dry
- 100g cacao
- 50g vegan protein
- 50g crushed almonds
- 150g organic spelt flour sifted
- 100g coconut sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Wet
- 3 1/2 bananas (~ 380g)
- 200ml plant milk
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Other
- a few walnuts
- vegan chocolate
Preparation
Smash the bananas with hot water and mash with a fork.
Mix the smashed bananas with plant milk, rapeseed oil, and apple cider vinegar.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Mix until everything is combined.
Spread the dough in a form prepared with oil or baking paper.
Top with walnuts and vegan chocolate.
Bake for 60 to 90 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat in a preheated oven.
Let it cool down before enjoying.
