Keto Hazelnut Nice Cream Ferrero Rocher Style
Ingredients
- 1 frozen avocado
- 1/2 can of full fat coconut cream
- 1/4 cup HWC
- 2-3 tbsp of sweetener (LUV is my fave + brand of choice)
- @nutilight sugar free hazelnut/dark chocolate spread
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- stevia chocolate chips (@lilys_sweets_chocolate is my favorite & brand of choice)
Toppings
- crushed mixed nuts
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- cacao nibs
- chocolate chips
Preparation
In a high speed blender, toss all ingredients in and blend.
If you want this as a mousse, enjoy right away.
If you want this as ice cream, freeze it in a container for 4 hours and thaw for about 15 minutes before eating.
Note: I do not eat all of this in one sitting.
