Mushroom Shaped Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 package margarine or butter (250g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 400g starch
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 package vanilla
- 2 teacups flour (add controlled)
For the topping
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation
Place softened margarine in a mixing bowl
Add eggs and powdered sugar and mix briefly
Add all the starch, vanilla, and baking powder and continue kneading
After well-kneaded, gradually add flour to achieve a soft dough consistency like an earlobe
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired
Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on the sheet
Dip the mouth of a soda bottle in cocoa and press it into the center of each ball
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes, up to 17 minutes maximum
Remove when the tops crack and ensure tops and bottoms remain white

This recipe yields about 30 cookies
Preparation takes around 30 minutes and the cookies are very tasty
