No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

  • 6-7 packs chocolate square biscuits
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 large tea cup (125ml) powdered sugar
  • 1 large tea cup (125ml) flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 80 grams chocolate
  • 1 cup (200ml) cold water

Topping

  • 1 packet whipped cream topping
  • 1 tea cup (125ml) milk
  • Ground Antep pistachio

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, powdered sugar, flour, cocoa, and vanilla

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens

  3. Remove from heat and stir in butter and chocolate until fully melted and smooth

  4. Dip biscuits briefly in cold water to soften

  5. Layer the dipped biscuits in a dish and pour the chocolate mixture over them

  6. Refrigerate the cake until it sets completely

  7. For the topping, whip the whipped cream powder with milk until stiff peaks form

  8. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the chilled cake

  9. Sprinkle ground Antep pistachio on top and chill before serving
