Nutritious Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • Furtherfood collagen
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring the oats to a boil with the almond milk in a pot.

  2. Then add in flax seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper and cook until you have reached your desired consistency.

  3. Remove pot from heat source and mix in your protein powder.

  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy
