Warm Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
Toppings
- chopped peaches
- raspberries
- blueberries
- coconut flakes
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Combine almond milk, oats, collagen peptides (if using), vanilla protein, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.
Serve in a bowl and add toppings.
