Warm Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper

Toppings

  • chopped peaches
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • coconut flakes
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, oats, collagen peptides (if using), vanilla protein, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.

  4. Serve in a bowl and add toppings.
