Carrot Cake Breakfast Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 15g vanilla protein powder
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts

Preparation

  1. Put the oats and milk into a saucepan and allow the liquid to absorb the oatmeal.

  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir.

  3. Keep stirring until the mixture is thick and gooey.

Microwave alternative

  1. Cook everything in one bowl in the microwave for three minutes on high.
