Perfect Overnight Carrot Cake Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 30g oats
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 100ml Alpro soya milk
- 35g Yeo Valley kefir
- finely grated carrot, about 1/2
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- handful of raisins
- handful of walnuts
- handful of blueberries
- 2 chopped dates or sweetener
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and leave overnight.
You can leave it out of the fridge and the kefir will start to ferment if warm enough.
In the morning, top with peanut butter, coyo yogurt, and more blueberries.
