Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • one small carrot grated
  • tsp chia seeds
  • tsp flaxseeds
  • vanilla bean paste
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • liquid sweetener of choice
  • vegan vanilla protein powder
  • almond milk
  • vegan cream cheese (topping)
  • walnuts (topping)
  • maple syrup (topping)

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in water.

  2. Add almond milk at the end.

  3. Cook for a few minutes until thick.

  4. Top with favorite toppings such as vegan cream cheese, walnuts, and maple syrup.
