Vegan Carrot Cake Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- one small carrot grated
- tsp chia seeds
- tsp flaxseeds
- vanilla bean paste
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- liquid sweetener of choice
- vegan vanilla protein powder
- almond milk
- vegan cream cheese (topping)
- walnuts (topping)
- maple syrup (topping)
Preparation
Cook the oats in water.
Add almond milk at the end.
Cook for a few minutes until thick.
Top with favorite toppings such as vegan cream cheese, walnuts, and maple syrup.
