Rudolph Red Nose Vegan Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour
- 20g MyProtein dark chocolate vegan blend
- 5g cacao powder
- 100ml almond milk
- 5g chia seeds
- some baking powder
- some lemon juice
- some salt
- 50g banana
- 10g MyProtein powdered peanut butter
- strawberry
- 50g unsweetened soy yogurt
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Cut the cake in half.
Layer on 10g powdered peanut butter mixed with water for the peanut butter filling.
Top with banana eyes and a strawberry.
For the antlers, mix 50g unsweetened soy yogurt with the dark chocolate vegan blend and draw them on.
Note: Enjoy the remaining mixture as desired.
