Rudolph Red Nose Vegan Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 60g spelt flour
  • 20g MyProtein dark chocolate vegan blend
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 5g chia seeds
  • some baking powder
  • some lemon juice
  • some salt
  • 50g banana
  • 10g MyProtein powdered peanut butter
  • strawberry
  • 50g unsweetened soy yogurt

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes.

  3. Leave to cool.

  4. Cut the cake in half.

  5. Layer on 10g powdered peanut butter mixed with water for the peanut butter filling.

  6. Top with banana eyes and a strawberry.

  7. For the antlers, mix 50g unsweetened soy yogurt with the dark chocolate vegan blend and draw them on.

  8. Note: Enjoy the remaining mixture as desired.
