Salted Chocolate Overnight Oats with Figs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Fresh figs
  • Spread the Love nut butter
  • Siggi's 4% yogurt
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all the soak overnight ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the oatmeal or serve it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before eating.
