Vegan Banana and Chocolate Wrap
Ingredients
- 3 cups roasted hazelnuts
- 30 ml plant milk
- Cacao powder (to taste)
- 150 g medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Tortilla
- Banana
- Strawberries (optional)
Preparation
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes.
Blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, plant milk, cacao powder, and medjool dates in a high speed blender until the desired consistency is achieved.
Take one tortilla and spread some of the Nutella onto one half.
Cut a few slices of banana or strawberries and place them in the middle of the tortilla.
Roll the tortilla into a wrap and enjoy.
Tips
Adjust the amount of plant milk or use water from soaked dates to control the texture.
You can use soaked or unsoaked dates for this recipe.
