Banana and Chocolate Wrap
Ingredients
Nutella
- 3 cups roasted hazelnuts
- 30ml plant milk
- cacao powder
- 150g medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Wrap
- tortilla
- banana
- strawberries (optional)
Preparation
Making nutella
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes.
Blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt and the other ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get the desired consistency.
Assembling wrap
Take one tortilla and spread some of the Nutella onto one half.
Cut a few slices of banana or strawberries and place them in the middle.
Roll into a wrap and enjoy.
Tips
Adjust the amount of plant milk to change the texture; more liquid makes it runnier.
Use water from soaked dates instead of plant milk if desired, and dates can be soaked or unsoaked.
