Banana and Chocolate Wrap

Ingredients

Nutella

  • 3 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 30ml plant milk
  • cacao powder
  • 150g medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Wrap

  • tortilla
  • banana
  • strawberries (optional)

Preparation

Making nutella

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes.

  2. Blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt and the other ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get the desired consistency.

Assembling wrap

  1. Take one tortilla and spread some of the Nutella onto one half.

  2. Cut a few slices of banana or strawberries and place them in the middle.

  3. Roll into a wrap and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Adjust the amount of plant milk to change the texture; more liquid makes it runnier.

  2. Use water from soaked dates instead of plant milk if desired, and dates can be soaked or unsoaked.
