Vegan Caffeinated Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened vegan butter (Earth Balance)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (Wholesome Sweet)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 caramel chocolates (Awake Chocolate, roughly chopped)
- 2 tsp flaky salt (Maldon Salt)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Drop dough balls onto a cookie sheet; this makes about 12 cookies.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Sprinkle with flaky salt.
