Whole Food Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of date paste
- grated lemon peel (use half of it for the bars)
Preparation
Mix everything together (for the oats and frosting separately)
For the frosting: 1 tbsp of cashew butterб juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp of water
Put the oat mixture in a flat form and spread the frosting on top
Sprinkle the rest of the lemon shavings on top and refrigerate for an hour
