Whole Food Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of date paste
  • grated lemon peel (use half of it for the bars)

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together (for the oats and frosting separately)

  2. For the frosting: 1 tbsp of cashew butterб juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp of water

  3. Put the oat mixture in a flat form and spread the frosting on top

  4. Sprinkle the rest of the lemon shavings on top and refrigerate for an hour
