1/2 Mashed Banana

Ingredients

  • turmeric oats
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, stir together and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow to thicken for about 3-5 minutes and remove from stove

  3. Serve as desired with extra fruits and nut butter
