1/2 Mashed Banana
Ingredients
- turmeric oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, stir together and bring to a simmer
Allow to thicken for about 3-5 minutes and remove from stove
Serve as desired with extra fruits and nut butter
