Easy Lactose-Free Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 250 ml rice milk
- 180 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g vegetable butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
Make a small well, add the beaten eggs, melted vegetable butter, and maple syrup.
Add the rice milk gradually.
Mix well.
