Overnight Fast with Oats and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1/3 cup whole oats
- ➡️1/3 cup milk
- ➡️1 tsp chia seeds ➡️1 Tbspn hemp seeds
- ➡️1 tsp maple syrup
- ➡️1/8 tsp cinnamon
- ➡️Grated fresh ginger
Preparation
In a jar stir together yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla and cinnamon
Cover and chill overnight or up to 4 days
Before eating add extra fruit and nuts
