Overnight Fast with Oats and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup whole oats
  • ➡️1/3 cup milk
  • ➡️1 tsp chia seeds ➡️1 Tbspn hemp seeds
  • ➡️1 tsp maple syrup
  • ➡️1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • ➡️Grated fresh ginger

Preparation

  1. In a jar stir together yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla and cinnamon

  2. Cover and chill overnight or up to 4 days

  3. Before eating add extra fruit and nuts
